We are delighted to share the successful launch of our new Window Replacement Information Booklet, developed in partnership with members of the Fermanagh Tenant Panel.
The booklet has been designed to support RHA tenants who are receiving new windows, providing clear, practical guidance on what to expect before, during and after installation. From preparation advice to information on the installation process, the resource aims to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for tenants.
This project is a strong example of meaningful tenant involvement in action. Members of the Fermanagh Tenant Panel worked closely with our staff team throughout the design process, helping to shape the content and layout to ensure it is accessible, informative and focused on tenant needs.
The booklet was officially launched last week at the Killyhevlin Hotel, Fermanagh, at an event attended by tenant representatives, staff and our CEO, Stephen Fisher. The launch provided an opportunity to recognise the valuable contribution of the Tenant Panel and to celebrate the positive outcomes that can be achieved through collaboration.
