There are a range of options available including Existing Satisfactory Purchases (ESPs), Off the Shelf Purchases (OTS), Traditional New Build and Design and Build.

We aspire to provide high quality housing in rural areas. In 2014 we published our Rural Design Guide for Social Housing as a marker of the type of homes we hope to produce.

The Association is also experienced in submitting Planning Applications under Policy CTY 5 of Planning Policy Statement 21: Sustainable Development in the Countryside. Policy CTY 5 states that Planning Permission may be granted for a group of up to 14 social and affordable dwellings, adjacent to or near a small settlement, when an application is made by a registered Housing Association and a need for social housing has been identified by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE).
