Rural Housing Association Appoints NICOR Construction as Maintenance Contractor

Rural Housing Association is delighted to announce the appointment of NICOR as its property maintenance contractor for the next five years.

The contract will see Nicor Construction deliver responsive repairs and maintenance services across Rural Housing Association’s portfolio of homes, supporting the organisation’s commitment to providing high-quality housing services to tenants throughout rural communities across Northern Ireland.

This significant appointment represents a continued investment in the upkeep and long-term sustainability of the Association’s housing stock, ensuring tenants receive an efficient, reliable and customer-focused repairs and maintenance service.

The partnership will help strengthen service delivery by providing timely repairs, planned maintenance works and ongoing support to ensure homes remain safe, comfortable and well maintained. The contract also aims to deliver value for money while maintaining the high standards expected by tenants and the Association.
