Linen Mill Court, Sion Mills

2024/25 saw the successful completion of Linen Mill Court, a 15-unit development delivered by Rural Housing Association in the historic village of Sion Mills. This high-quality scheme not only responds to local housing need but also contributes to the ongoing regeneration of the area.

Linen Mill Court has been designated as a “Housing for All” Shared Neighbourhood, bringing additional support for good relations and inclusive community development. The scheme reflects Rural Housing’s commitment to fostering vibrant, shared rural communities where people from all backgrounds can live, work, and grow together.
