Rural Housing Association is delighted to announce the completion of a new social housing development at Hammond Street, Moneymore, providing seven high-quality homes to help meet local housing need.
Representing a total investment of £1.35 million, the development reflects the Association’s continued commitment to delivering modern, energy-efficient homes that support the sustainability and growth of rural communities across Northern Ireland.

The scheme was delivered with funding support from the Department for Communities (DfC) and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE), alongside private finance secured by Rural Housing Association through Danske Bank. The development was successfully brought forward by Bell Contracts Ltd through a Design & Build competitive tender process.
The new homes have been thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of local individuals and families, offering comfortable, high-quality accommodation within the heart of the rural village.
