Emmanuel’s insight and lived experience bring an important tenant perspective to this innovative and environmentally friendly heating solution, which is now being used at our Randalstown scheme, Rural Housing’s first development to incorporate this renewable technology.

The Randalstown scheme marks a significant step forward in our commitment to sustainability. By harnessing the natural heat stored in the ground, GSHPs provide an efficient and reliable source of heating and hot water, while also delivering:

• Increased energy efficiency across our housing stock

This initiative supports our wider strategic goals of promoting renewable energy and improving the energy performance of our homes, while ensuring our tenants benefit directly from lower running costs and a more sustainable way of living.
