Covid-19 update

In light of recent developments relating to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to ensure the health and safety of our staff, tenants and contractors, Rural Housing Association staff will not be carrying out visits to tenants until further notice.

Please note the following:

  • At present emergency and urgent repairs will continue to be prioritised and carried out.
  • Routine repairs and planned maintenance will be noted for action at a later date.
  • Visits from housing management staff have now been cancelled until further notice.

Our telephone service, including housing advice, continues to operate as normal.

How to report a repair to Rural Housing Association:

  • Call: Weekdays 9am- 1pm and 2pm – 5pm: Tel. 028 8224 6118 (for all types of repairs)
  • Email: info@ruralhousing.co.uk (for routine repairs only)
  • Emergency out of hours operates from 5pm – 9am (plus weekends and during holiday periods): Tel. 028 90421010

It is important that we all work together, following the advice of experts, in controlling the spread of COVID-19 infection.

If we have have arranged for an emergency or urgent repairs carried out, please let us know if you have flu-like symptoms, have been told to self-isolate, have been in contact with an infected person or have recently returned from an area affected by Coronavirus. We are required to let our contractors know before they visit your home if they need to take precautions.

Rural Housing Association continue to follow Public Health advice on the evolving situation. Tenants should also continue to follow the latest Government and Public Health guidance on coronavirus (COVID-19).
